Skillcraft’s Mission
We don’t replace training, we strengthen it. Skillcraft helps partners define skills with greater precision, refine competency models, and validate outcomes.
The result: training that doesn’t just claim impact but proves it. We partner with training providers to turn competency models into evidence engines. By defining skills with rigor and validating their connection to outcomes, we help partners deepen their impact, grow client trust, and stand out in the market.

A note from our Founder

In high school, my slipping grades looked like laziness. The truth was actually buried beneath the surface of performance: I had an acute issue with my vision that impaired my ability to precess information like my peers. In reality, it is so often the case that real skill gaps are left unaddressed, because evidence is hard to surface. This realization became my work. After a decade across neuroscience and human-performance research contexts (Oxford, Stanford, Harvard), I started Skillcraft to turn skill measurement into decision-grade evidence—so improvement can be precise and linked directly to performance.
Our goal is to build a world where:
-
Performance differences can be more objectively explained in terms of skills or skill gaps
-
Tools that are leveraged to evaluate skills are fair and reliable
-
Training and hiring teams have the strongest signal possible to act on
I hope you will join us on our mission.
